Job Description

Job Title: RTR Delivery Lead Manager

Years of Experience: 13 - 18 years

Qualification: CA (Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Record-to-Report Operations & Governance
Lead end-to-end RTR activities including Month-End Close, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reconciliations, Audit & Compliance; drive accuracy, timelines & SLA adherence across global entities; expertise in
BlackLine
and other reconciliation tools.
Change Management, Transition & Transformation
Manage
new process transitions
, migrations & operating model changes; identify automation & process improvement opportunities; implement
digital transformation initiatives
to uplift efficiency, standardization & control across RTR towers.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Act as
Service Lead
for project delivery; manage cross-functional stakeholders (Finance COEs, Controllers, FP&A, IT, Tax, Audit) ensuring risk mitigation, issue escalation & milestone delivery; maintain governance reports, decks & PMO documentation.
Business Finance & FP&A Collaboration
Partner with
FP&A teams
for variance analysis, operating expense management, forecasting alignment & reporting accuracy; provide insights to leadership on financial performance, KPIs & operational metrics supporting business decisions.
