Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across multiple domains. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-delivery support. - Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality project execution. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, plan projects, and manage delivery expectations. - Implement and enforce best practices in project governance, risk management, and client communication. - Track project KPIs, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing risks or delays. Preferred Technical Exposure: - Java, .NET, and Microsoft Technologies - Strong understanding of enterprise software development practices, cloud platforms, and modern delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven track record in technical project/delivery management with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.,
