Job Description

Role Overview: As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily business and administrative operations to ensure optimal efficiency. Your role will involve assessing and enhancing internal and external operational processes, leading and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectives, and overseeing the recruitment process to attract top candidates and reduce employee turnover. Additionally, you will be mentoring and inspiring employees, establishing policies to promote the company's vision and culture, evaluating company performance, and recommending strategies to improve results. Your minimum qualification should be a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, with proven experience in a senior executive role. You should have in-depth industry understanding, excellent leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of accounting and financial analysis, strong communication skills, experience in strategic planning and business development, and proficiency in budgeting and finance. Flexibility to work night shifts is required.
