Role Summary

Associate Director or Senior Manager – System Integration Delivery Management Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    delivery recovery efforts end-to-end

    , from issue identification and solutioning to execution of turnaround plans.
  • Establish and enforce

    robust governance frameworks

    using TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
  • Re-baseline and realign delivery plans, manage risks/issues, and restore client confidence.
  • Drive improvements in

    Delivery Experience (DEX)

    and reduce

    Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)

    through measurable KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, lead steering committees, and ensure transparency through structured communications.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, budget compliance).
  • Conduct commercial resets, cost-optimization initiatives, and

    EAC (Estimate at Completion) recovery

    .
  • Ensure compliance with audits, InfoSec standards, and quality gates.
  • Provide

    strategic + hands-on leadership

    to resolve technical and program-level challenges.
  • Define and manage contract deliverables, including

    financial constructs, liabilities, dependencies, and exit/entry criteria

    .
  • Deliver platform design validations and realignment strategies across engagements.
  • Mentor teams, build recovery playbooks, and strengthen delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 16–20 years of experience

    in System Integration Delivery Management.
  • Proven record in

    turning around large, complex, troubled programs

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    governance frameworks (Agile, SAFe, TDLC)

    .
  • Hands-on delivery experience with at least

    one major enterprise platform

    (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain Platforms).
  • Proficiency in

    one or more business domains

    : Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience.
  • Experience in

    at least one major industry vertical

    (Health, Products, Communications, Technology, Resources, Utilities, BFSI, Life Sciences).
  • Strong understanding of contract management, commercial models, and cost optimization strategies.
  • PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification

    .
  • Relevant

    platform certifications

    (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).


Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to

    Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management, Oracle Analytics Cloud

    .
  • AMS End-to-End Recovery experience.
  • Experience in

    GenAI technologies

    and their role in delivery transformation.
