The Role: Workday Payroll Consultant Location: Pan India Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage Workday Canada Payroll systems. Lead and support end-to-end Workday implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure accurate reporting. Handle third-party payroll integrations (advantageous). Work with Workday Absence/Time Tracking modules to manage time tracking deliverables. Manage Workday Payroll processes and related HCM core areas. Translate business requirements into complex system configurations. Engage effectively in multiple, parallel projects. Skills Required: Technical Skills: Workday Payroll Certification (preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday Payroll. At least 3+ years of Workday Canada payroll configuration experience. Strong understanding of Workday Canada Payroll and related HCM functions. Experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs) and Workday integrations. Behavioral Skills: Innovative, creative, and flexible in problem-solving. Strong Agile process knowledge and experience with product delivery. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, including interacting with C-level executives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar technical field of study, or related practical experience. Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
