The Role: Dynamic 365 CRM Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and CRM requirements.Conduct workshops to gather detailed functional and technical requirements.Identify gaps between business needs and Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.Design CRM solutions that align with client requirements and business processes.Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).Configure D365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Set up workflows, business rules, and automation processes to streamline operations.Collaborate with technical teams to define and develop customizations or integrations.Assist with data migration and integration strategies for importing existing data into D365 CRM.Monitor CRM system performance and address user feedbackConfigure and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.Use tools like Power BI to create advanced analytics and visualizations. Skills Required:Strong understanding of CRM processes (e.g., sales, customer service, marketing).Experience in requirement gathering and analysisExperience in implementing or configuring D365 CRM modules.Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for extending CRM functionalities.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service/Field Service Functional Consultant Associate. Qualifications & Experience:Any GraduateExp- At least 5 Years of experience
