Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Workday Reporting and Analytics solutions to optimize business processes and decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM. - Providing expert guidance on Workday best practices to enhance system performance and user experience. - Conducting regular system audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies. - Creating and updating comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Workday applications promptly. - Facilitating training sessions for end-users to maximize the effective utilization of Workday tools. - Monitoring system updates and enhancements to ensure seamless integration with existing processes. - Supporting the finance and accounting teams by providing insights through Workday analytics. - Engaging in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest Workday features and industry trends. - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. - Ensuring alignment of Workday solutions with organizational goals and objectives. - Participating in project planning and execution to deliver high-quality Workday solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Demonstrated proficiency in Workday Reporting and Analytics with a strong understanding of its functionalities. - Hands-on experience with Workday HCM demonstrating effective system management and configuration skills. - Knowledge in Finance and Accounting to facilitate the integration of financial processes within Workday. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.,
