the We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This role involves managing CRM functionalities and supporting development tasks within the Zoho ecosystem, with an emphasis on data accuracy, process consistency, and basic financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a structured approach to system management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is a cost-effective support role that excludes automation tasks, which will be handled separately by a dedicated team. In addition, a broad understanding of core business functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR is expected. Key Responsibilities: Administer and optimize Zoho CRM to enhance user experience and maintain accurate records. Ensure data integrity through accurate data entry and regular system audits. Enforce internal processes and usage standards to promote consistency and reliability across teams. Develop and configure Zoho applications based on business needs, excluding automation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Zoho CRM and related modules. Liaise with Zoho support for technical issue resolution and feature enhancement. Collaborate with the IT department and Project Manager to align CRM tools with business processes. Provide support for accounting and office financial tasks as needed. Assist in developing basic integration solutions between Zoho and third-party platforms, including OpenLM. Support ongoing subprojects and deliver operational improvements without relying on automation. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in Zoho CRM administration with a focus on data integrity and user support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to enforce and document processes. Proficiency in Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Billing, People, and Recruit. Familiarity with Zoho Creator, especially for building simple tools and forms. Experience handling webhooks, forms, and basic integration (excluding automation scripting). Prior involvement in managing ERP modules such as Payroll, Expenses, and Inventory. Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party app integrations. Ability to manage financial data entry, support invoice processing, and coordinate with the accounting team. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience: Experience with Zoho Backstage, Zoho Invoice, and other platform tools. Prior involvement in financial module customization and light accounting support. Previous CRM management in a software or service-based business environment.
