Delivery Lead

I am hiring for a delivery lead for our Best price store located at Bhopal.

Prior experience in warhouse or lasr mile operations or companies like Ekart, Mahindra Logistics, amazon, ecomm experess , Delhivery, etc will be an added advantage.

The maximum fixed package for this role is 5 LPA plus perks. Please apply only if you fall in this bracket!

Logistics Planning & Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for warehousing, distribution, and transportation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Supplier & Carrier Relations: Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and carriers to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.

Delivery Coordination: Schedule, track, and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries to ensure they meet client requirements and deadlines.

Customer Service: Supervise customer support and address any complaints or issues related to deliveries.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on logistics KPIs and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement new methods.

Budget Management: Manage finances for shipping and operations, monitoring expenditures to ensure they stay within budget.

Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and coach warehouse and logistics personnel.

Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality

requirements.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams and strong leadership to guide logistics staff.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is often required.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve risks and disruptions in the supply chain.
