Job Description

To perform audits and complete audit reports by physically counting merchandise, investigating variances or discrepancies, identifying and accounting for shrink or overages, and adjusting inventory counts. Work on the daily/ weekly/monthly reports for correct inventory management. Retention & growth of HIPO candidate in department. Maintain the confidentiality of the data. Monitor and manage completion of required periodic audits in guidance of AM-AP. Develop and maintain rapport with all departments in the club.Communicate internally using different methods (e.g., one-on-one, e-mail, meetings, phone calls, written documentation) to promote and maintain open communication.
