Delivery Lead

As an SAP Operations Lead, your role involves taking full responsibility for the management of SAP functional and technical work streams. You will be responsible for project planning, control, and monitoring, providing progress reports to the function head and key business stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include liaising with TOS partners to ensure SLAs are met, collaborating with business stakeholders for business enablement initiatives, managing project risks and issues, driving change management, and ensuring continuous improvement in SAP program and project delivery. You will also need to identify and build relationships with stakeholders and business users, support other colleagues in various project aspects, coach team members, and oversee Project Managers to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
