Delivery Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects and ensuring that approved products are delivered to meet operational and strategic transformation objectives using agile behaviors, techniques, and frameworks. You will take ownership of the technical delivery process, which includes technical design, development, testing, and maintenance, as well as creating and managing delivery plans. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of multiple projects - Deliver approved products using agile behaviors and frameworks - Take responsibility for technical delivery, including design, development, testing, and maintenance - Create and manage delivery plans Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry - 2+ years of experience working with Agile teams as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager - Experience managing/leading a team of 10-20 people - Experience handling multiple stakeholders - Experience in delivering digital products and projects - Experience in travel technology and/or Customer Loyalty - Familiarity with a range of agile project management methods Additionally, you should possess: - Bachelor's or Master's degree - Awareness of goal setting tools like SMART, MBO, KPI, OKR - Certifications related to Agile, Project Management, Product Management, Interpersonal skills, Leadership, etc. will be valued - Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage small/medium-sized Agile teams - Demonstrated knowledge and background of Agile methodologies In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects and ensuring that approved products are delivered to meet operational and strategic transformation objectives using agile behaviors, techniques, and frameworks.
