Job Description

Delivery Lead IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment delivery for IT and technology roles across clients in the

    UK and Europe

    .
  • Lead and scale a high-performing delivery team to ensure quality submissions, interview-to-hire ratios, and timely closures.
  • Own delivery SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement across all recruitment metrics.
  • Work in coordination with onshore and offshore sourcing/recruitment teams for optimal performance.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the senior delivery interface for key clients in the UK and Europe.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between delivery teams and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and forecasting meetings with clients.

Team

  • Lead and mentor recruitment managers, team leads, and recruiters across locations.
  • Define performance goals, conduct reviews, and facilitate continuous training and upskilling of the team.
  • Promote a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Operational Efficiency

  • Develop and implement delivery frameworks and recruitment strategies tailored to different markets (UK, Netherlands, broader Europe).
  • Drive technology adoption (ATS/CRM, sourcing tools) and streamline delivery workflows.
  • Maintain detailed reporting on open roles, pipelines, interviews, and closures across regions.

Market Awareness & Compliance

  • Stay updated on employment laws, data privacy (GDPR), and recruitment trends across the UK and Europe.
  • Ensure compliance with local and client-specific recruitment processes and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

     10+ years in IT recruitment, with 6+ years in a delivery or leadership role covering the

    UK and/or European, and/or US  markets

    .
  • Process Knowledge:

     Experience with

    US recruitment processes

     is a plus and will be considered favorably.
  • Geographic Expertise:

     Strong understanding of recruitment markets in the

    UK

    ,

    Netherlands

    , and broader

    Europe

    .
  • Team

    Leadership:

     Proven experience managing mid to large-sized delivery teams.
  • Tools:

     Hands-on with ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, iCIMS, Workday), job boards, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication:

     Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education:

     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in RPO, MSP, or staffing delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with both permanent and contract hiring models.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English mandatory; Dutch or German is a plus).
  • Experience managing delivery through offshore centers (India, Eastern Europe, etc.).
