Delivery Lead

As a SAP Operations Lead at this company, your role involves taking full responsibility for the management of SAP functional and technical work streams. You will be responsible for project planning, control, and monitoring, as well as progress reporting to the function head and key business stakeholders. Your duties will also include liaising with TOS partners to ensure SLAs are met, collaborating with business stakeholders on business enablement initiatives, managing project risks and issues, and overseeing change management for continuous improvement in SAP program and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Take full responsibility for the management of SAP functional and technical work streams. - Lead project planning, control, and monitoring, and provide progress reports to function head and key business stakeholders. - Collaborate with TOS partners to ensure SLAs are met and support KPIs. - Work closely with business stakeholders on business enablement initiatives. - Manage project risks and issues effectively. - Drive change management and ensure continuous improvement in SAP program and project delivery. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business users involved in SAP programs and projects. - Collaborate with department Project Managers, providing support as needed to ensure successful delivery of SAP projects. - Supervise the activities of colleagues in various aspects of the program/project, including testing and training support. - Support and coach team members throughout the program and project processes. - Assist wider Project Managers with quality gate processes to ensure deliverables and projects remain on track and within budget, meeting business goals. Experience Required: - 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 6 years in SAP. - Expertise in at least two SAP modules. - Preferably from the OIL and GAS sector. - Minimum 6+ years of experience working with End user companies. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. Education: - Preferably with a CA background. - A Master's Degree, MBA, or related advanced degree will be a plus.
