Role Overview:

Customer Success

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, design, operations) to manage

  project execution and delivery

  .
• Handle the

  publishing and deployment of web, Android, iOS and other applications

  , ensuring timely releases and updates.
• Facilitate and coordinate

  project management activities

  , including tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Conduct and document

  Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)

  for every client meeting, ensuring clear communication of action items and sharing them promptly with clients via email.
• Proactively follow up with clients on pending tasks and ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor project health and escalate risks or blockers to leadership and clients as necessary.
• Ensure ongoing support, adoption and success of Mogi IO’s solutions for clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in

  customer success, client servicing, account management, or project coordination

  , preferably in SaaS/Tech/IT services.
• Hands-on understanding of

  mobile and web app publishing (Android Play Store, Apple App Store, and Web platforms)

  .
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to

  prepare structured MoMs

  and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Teams, Slack, etc.).
• Proactive problem-solving attitude with strong accountability.
