Key Responsibilities:Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to Mithi products, diagnose system issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.Automation and Process Improvement: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for system management, monitoring, and maintenance.Incident and Ticket Triage: Monitor incoming support tickets, prioritize issues, and escalate as necessary.Ticket Documentation and Knowledge Base: Maintain accurate documentation for tickets and contribute to the internal knowledge base.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and IT, to support business needs.Onboarding Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to new associates.
