Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team at HotelKey. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer success or a related field, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective customer success strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every interaction is positive and professional.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to address customer concerns and improve processes.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
