Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . Manage ₹10–30 Lakh monthly ad spend , ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign structures. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS . Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver engaging ad creatives. Implement accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manage and Meta Pixel . Generate reports with actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, SEM strategies, and growth marketing tactics . Requirements 1–2 years of experience as a Performance Marketer, Paid Media Specialist, Google Ads Manager, or Facebook Ads Specialist . Proven track record of handling bulk ad spend in lakhs per month. Strong knowledge of PPC campaigns, SEM, and ROI-driven marketing . Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager . Ability to run and scale multi-channel ad campaigns .
