Job Title: Customer Success Executive (Telecalling)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive (Telecalling) who will be the voice of Pixellab Media to our customers. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, resolving queries, upselling services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into satisfied clients.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain daily call logs, CRM entries, and performance reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
• Good listening skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
