Plan and execute internal and external audits , prepare QMS documentation, and conduct quality training for team members. Coordinate closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure first-time-right delivery . Review and analyze quality reports, NCRs, customer feedback, and take corrective and preventive actions. Maintain calibration records, inspection logs, and develop inspection test plans (ITPs). Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ quality engineers and inspectors to deliver consistent excellence. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in electrical panel manufacturing (LV/MV/HT panels). Strong understanding of electrical drawings, testing protocols, IEC standards , and fabrication processes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive performance through team engagement and accountability. Proficient in quality tools, documentation practices , and use of measuring instruments.
