Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality trainings and demonstrations of our products to school management and teachers. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, thereby contributing to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and informative trainings and demos of our software solutions and holistic progress cards to school management and teachers. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor product presentations accordingly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with school clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product enhancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement efforts. Qualifications: Background in Education Sector. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the education sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
