Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and informative trainings and demos of our software solutions and holistic progress cards to school management and teachers. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor product presentations accordingly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with school clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product enhancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement efforts. Qualifications: Background in Education Sector.
