Location: MumbaiExperience: 4–12 YearsCTC Range: ₹12–25 LPAIndustry: Commercial Real Estate Role Overview We are hiring a driven Office Leasing professional with hands-on experience in broking commercial office space transactions (not landlord or developer side). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Mumbai office leasing market, a network of occupiers and landlords, and a track record of independently handling the full cycle of office transactions—from lead generation to closure and documentation. Key Responsibilities Source leads and generate new business opportunities in the office space segment through active market coverage and outreach.Ensure timely access to decision-makers and convert leads into client meetings and transaction opportunities.Target 14–16 client meetings per week to build a robust pipeline and deepen market penetration.Conduct bi-weekly reviews to ensure YTD business goals and deal flow are on track.Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders in the commercial real estate space.Maintain updated knowledge of the Mumbai office leasing market, especially in the IT, ITeS, and SEZ sectors.Deliver compelling presentations and leverage Excel for deal analysis and client proposals.Be a proactive team contributor, maintaining high levels of energy, collaboration, and client focus.Additional understanding of pre-leased investment assets is a plus. Mandatory Requirements Graduate degree; MBA (Full-time) preferred.4–8 years of pure office leasing experience in Mumbai market (no developer-side or landlord representation).Strong understanding of office transaction lifecycle and commercial leasing documentation.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive meeting and conversion targets.Market knowledge of occupier dynamics and key stakeholders in Mumbai.
