Job Summary

CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and timely updates.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and escalation tracking using CRM tools.
Monitor customer interactions and ensure seamless customer experience across touchpoints.
Assist in creating automated workflows, campaigns, and communication flows within the CRM.
Generate CRM reports and dashboards for management review.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to track leads, opportunities, and customer journeys.
Identify gaps in customer experience and recommend improvements.
Ensure CRM hygiene, data cleanup, and adherence to internal processes.
Provide training or support to team members on CRM usage (as needed).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of sales and customer lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any equivalent).
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Good to Have

Experience with CRM automation, workflows, and lead management.
Knowledge of reporting dashboards and customer segmentation.
