📌 Hiring: CRM Executive


Location: Mumbai – Andheri East

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1-2 years

🔎 About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven CRM Executive to manage customer data, optimize CRM processes, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, analytical, and experienced in using CRM tools to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management & Optimization


Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.


Optimize CRM workflows and implement automation where possible.


Configure and customize CRM dashboards, fields, and reports.


2. Customer Data & Insights


Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.


Provide insights to sales, marketing, and operations teams to support decision-making.


Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy guidelines.


3. Process Coordination


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer lifecycle management.


Ensure timely updates of customer records, interactions, and follow-ups.


Support sales and service teams with CRM usage and best practices.


4. Reporting & Performance Tracking


Generate weekly/monthly performance reports on customer activity, pipeline, and conversions.


Track key CRM KPIs and recommend improvements for better customer engagement.


5. Training & Support


Conduct CRM training sessions for new team members.


Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with the technical team for fixes or enhancements.


🎓 Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.


1-2 years of experience as a CRM Specialist or in similar roles.


Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).


Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.


Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
