Our mission is to offer zero harmful chemical and fresh quality food products at fair prices while ensuring farmers are fairly compensated for adhering to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). We aim to build an ecosystem that supports both consumers and farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor customer interactions and generate insights to enhance engagement.
• Support loyalty programs, campaigns, and feedback processes.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth CRM execution.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers through direct calling to build strong relationships and address their needs.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and converting leads through telephonic interactions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of CRM, customer service, or marketing experience.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel; analytical skills preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication.
