Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience, resolving customer concerns promptly, and effectively addressing their business requirements. The Executive will also be responsible for enhancing customer retention strategies, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to understand customer data, preferences, and feedback for informed decision-making
Proven expertise in Customer Retention and Customer Experience management
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Experience with Sales processes and relationship-driven approaches
Proactive problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools and systems is a plus
English and Hindi Speaking
Female Candidates preferred
Any Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
