Should have handled large-scale projects (minimum ~3 lakh sq.ft built-up area). Sound knowledge of civil finishing details, material standards, and project engineering workflows. Experience with quality documentation: ITP, MTP, NCR, WIR, MIR, etc. Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
