Primary Responsibilities: ✅ Social Media Management ● Regularly post on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other company platforms. ● Ensure timely execution as per the pre-planned content calendar. ✅ Audience Engagement ● Handle comments, DMs, and interactions on all social platforms to boost community engagement. ● Participate in increasing audience interaction and positive brand recall. ✅ Google Reviews Handling ● Monitor and update Google Reviews. ● Coordinate with the team to address both positive and negative feedback professionally. ✅ Calendar Management ● Maintain and update the Social Media Calendar with upcoming posts, campaigns, and special occasions. ✅ Photoshoot Coordination ● Coordinate with internal teams and photographers for shoot schedules. ● Ensure smooth execution of shoot days by handling pre and post-shoot requirements. ✅ Team Coordination ● Act as a point of contact between social media, design, and production teams. ● Assist with basic coordination tasks to ensure smooth departmental communication.
