Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination

• Assist in preparing and maintaining production schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations) for smooth workflow.

Logistics & Support

• Help in arranging shoots, equipment, and studio requirements.
• Maintain records of resources used in production.

Communication Management

• Act as a point of contact between different departments and vendors.
• Share updates, reminders, and follow-ups with the team.

Documentation & Reporting

• Support in preparing call sheets, daily production reports, and progress trackers.
• Maintain databases for cast, crew, and vendors.

General Assistance

• Support senior production coordinators in administrative and operational tasks.
• Learn and adapt to production tools/software used in the company.
