About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Producer to manage the end-to-end production pipeline for high-impact audio micro-dramas. This role sits at the heart of content creation, ensuring seamless collaboration between writers, voice-over artists, sound engineers, and creative leads.

As a Producer, you will wear many hats—from editing scripts and casting voice talent to managing recording schedules and ensuring the final audio aligns with the creative vision. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, understand the nuances of audio storytelling, and can orchestrate multiple creative and technical teams with precision, this role is for you.

Key Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in content production, audio storytelling, or creative project management.
• Strong skills in script editing and content quality control.
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, and directing Voice-over Artists (VoAs) based on creative briefs.
• Deep understanding of audio production workflows, from script to final mix.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and remote production tools.
• Experience working with audio editing or dubbing tools is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Script & Audio Review: Edit scripts and conduct detailed audio reviews to ensure high creative and narrative quality.
• Voice Talent Coordination: Hire and creatively supervise VoAs, ensuring their performance aligns with character briefs and story arcs.
• Creative Alignment: Collaborate with writers and the Creative Director to maintain narrative consistency across chapters and summaries.
• Recording Oversight: Manage technical recording sessions, working closely with sound engineers to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Production Scheduling: Design and manage VoA recording calendars to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• CMS & Operations: Oversee the CMS with support from the Production Associate; resolve operational bottlenecks swiftly.
• Feedback Integration: Regularly analyze audience feedback and data to inform casting, performance coaching, and creative refinements.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between scriptwriters, directors, sound teams, and VoAs.
