Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Producer—preferably someone who comes from a design or

visualization track—to manage executional depth and elevate creative output across the

board. This role will drive operational clarity, streamline multi-format delivery, and enhance the

overall creative quality within the Brand Design team.


Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end creative execution cycles—from brief scoping, resource planning,

and stakeholder coordination to final delivery


● Collaborate closely with designers, editors, copywriters, and motion artists to ensure

resource alignment and timely output

● Interface with teams across marketing, CRM, social, product, L&D, and offline to

manage timelines and delivery expectations

● Plan, track, and drive creative sprints, backlog prioritization, and last-minute

communication needs

● Maintain creative ops dashboards to track project status and resource loads

● Ensure brand consistency, process hygiene, and delivery excellence across formats -

static, video, motion, emailers, print, decks, etc.

● Enhance the quality and speed of reactive communication for moment marketing and

trending topics

● Play a key role in coordinating feedback, maintaining quality benchmarks, and managing

creative reviews


Strategic KRAs

● Improve creative delivery velocity without compromising brand standards

● Ensure smooth execution across campaigns and communication tracks

● Drive collaboration efficiency across internal and cross-functional teams

● Support Creative Direction efforts—especially in reactive content and rapid brand

response


Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

● Over 5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production

roles

● Background or demonstrated experience in design or visual communication


● Experience working with creative teams (especially design, motion, and content)

● Familiarity with fast-paced environments such as creative agencies, media houses, or

in-house brand teams

● Hands-on understanding of creative production workflows, from concept to delivery

● Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills

● Working knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) to understand and

communicate better with creative teams


Good to Have

● A formal degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or Media

● Experience in EdTech, youth-focused brands, or high-growth startups

● Proficiency in task management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms

● Exposure to content marketing, brand storytelling, and creative performance metrics
