Are you a storyteller with a strong visual sense and excellent project coordination skills?
L4 Lavender Media is hiring a Creative Producer to lead content creation from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production phases
• Collaborate with directors, editors, designers, and writers
• Develop and execute creative ideas for:
• Ad films
• Branded content
• Social media campaigns
• Coordinate shoot schedules, casting, and logistics
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and maintain high quality

Requirements:

• Passion for storytelling and visual media
• Prior experience in production or media preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and team coordination
