Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary, experienced, and technically adept Creative Producer with a strong background in entertainment video content creation and a passion for harnessing AI-powered tools. This role blends traditional storytelling and production expertise with cutting-edge AI technologies to develop high-quality films, web series, branded content, and innovative digital campaigns for OTT and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and production of original films, web shows, and digital content across OTT and digital distribution platforms.
• Create high-impact videos and multimedia content using both conventional and AI-assisted tools.
• Identify and develop viable concepts, manage scripts, assemble creative teams (writers, directors, technical crew), and drive projects from ideation through final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams, writers, designers, and strategists to ensure content aligns with brand and platform goals.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Sora by OpenAI, DALL·E, Descript, Adobe Firefly, Unreal Engine etc. to name a few) to enhance production workflows, storytelling, and visual execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and creative briefs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Build and manage a hybrid team of in-house creatives and freelance professionals.
• Conduct quality control and ensure brand consistency across all content—AI-generated or human-created.
• Present pitch decks and development bibles for content ideation and project approval.
• Stay current with trends in AI, digital content, and the entertainment landscape.

Requirements:

• 8-9 years of experience in content creation, production, or creative leadership roles within film, OTT, or digital media.
• Proven track record of leading or producing high-quality film or web-based projects from pre-production to post-production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling skills and AI-enhanced or original content.
• Expertise in using AI-powered content tools (Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Synthesia, etc.) for video, image, audio, and script generation.
• Familiarity with post-production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, etc.).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of Indian and vernacular entertainment content preferences.
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Industry network and past success in mounting and delivering projects is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in branded content, social-first video campaigns, or multi-platform storytelling.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering and scripting for AI tools.
• Understanding of copyright, licensing, and ethical considerations around generative AI.

Salary: Competitive (with attractive ESOPs)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
