📢 We’re Hiring: Creative Producer 📍 Location: Thrissur, Kerala 🏢 Job Type: Onsite, Full-time Paperman Studios is a creative motion design studio based in Thrissur, Kerala, and we’re on the lookout for a Creative Producer to join our team. What You’ll Do Work closely with the Creative Directors to plan and execute projects Manage a team of 8–10 artists, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative visions stay on track Develop action plans for various types of client projects and keep them moving forward Handle client communications, align expectations, and build strong relationships Oversee internal projects, contribute to new business opportunities, and support overall studio growth Maintain team morale and foster a positive, collaborative environment What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, production, or a related role Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills Fluency in English; Malayalam is preferred, and Hindi is a plus Experience in the creative/advertising industry is a bonus 📩 To Apply: Send your CV to careers@papermanstudios.com
