📍 Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Paperman Studios is a creative motion design studio based in Thrissur, Kerala, and we’re on the lookout for a Creative Producer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Creative Directors to plan and execute projects
• Manage a team of 8–10 artists, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative visions stay on track
• Develop action plans for various types of client projects and keep them moving forward
• Handle client communications, align expectations, and build strong relationships
• Oversee internal projects, contribute to new business opportunities, and support overall studio growth
• Maintain team morale and foster a positive, collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, production, or a related role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English; Malayalam is preferred, and Hindi is a plus
• Experience in the creative/advertising industry is a bonus
