Creative Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute visual content for

  corporate events

• Collaborate with creative, production, and client servicing teams to translate event briefs into impactful visual narratives.
• Design high-quality event visuals, including stage backdrops, LED content, motion graphics storyboards, event branding, and marketing collaterals.
• Utilize

  to create innovative design concepts and accelerate production workflows.
• Work proficiently in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

  , and related design tools to develop both static and dynamic visuals.
• Supervise and guide design execution for pre-event, live-event, and post-event content.
• Liaise with motion designers, 3D artists, and other creatives to ensure seamless content integration for large-scale event productions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI innovations, and event technology to infuse freshness into concepts.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Creative Producer, Art Director, or similar role in the

  event industry

  or visual content production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing corporate event design, stage content, branding, and creative concepts.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

  , and familiarity with motion graphics pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with

  AI-based creative tools

  for design ideation and production.
• Exceptional eye for detail, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Unreal Engine) for event visualization.
• Experience in LED screen content design and resolution-specific formatting.
• Understanding of live event production processes.
