Creative Producer

As a Creative Producer at a leading luxury wedding photography & films studio in Mumbai, your role will involve a combination of creative direction, client handling, on-ground shoot presence, and post-production vision. You will be responsible for ensuring that each wedding project reflects the studio's aesthetic and emotional standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients post-booking, managing briefs, setting expectations, and leading creative execution. - Providing creative direction, posing, styling inputs, guiding interviews, and ensuring story arcs are captured during on-floor execution. - Coordinating with planners, venues, and vendors to keep the shoot smooth and on-time. - Leading photo shoots with clarity and style cues to bring out fashion-forward portraits that feel natural and expressive. - Collaborating with editors to ensure alignment with the couples" story and studio aesthetics. - Managing client feedback cycles, QC, and delivery deadlines. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in content/film production, weddings, luxury client servicing, or media agencies. - A strong eye for visuals, fashion, and emotion-driven storytelling. - Comfort with managing freelancers, timelines, and cross-functional teams. - Emotional maturity, clear communication skills, and ability to perform well under pressure. - Proficiency in Google Sheets, basic trackers, and file workflows. Additionally, you may have an advantage if you have experience with styling, editorial storytelling, or content packaging for Instagram/YouTube.
