About the Role:

Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Liaise directly with clients to understand their objectives, brand ethos, and event vision.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Event Planning & Execution:

• Lead end-to-end event execution, from ideation, budgeting, and planning to on-site management and post-event wrap-up.
• Oversee timelines, run-of-show, production schedules, and contingency planning.

Vendor & Partner Coordination:

• Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure quality control on deliverables.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, content) to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
• Manage ground staff and freelancers during events.

Budget Management:

• Create and track budgets, ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Logistics & Operations:

• Handle permits, registrations, travel/stay coordination, F&B, tech setup, etc.

On-Ground Leadership:

• Ensure flawless on-site execution, troubleshooting, and guest experience delivery.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and composure.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in managing B2B or corporate events.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in event tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Creative problem-solving and client-facing confidence.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours during events.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with MICE, dealer meets, leadership summits, and product launches.
• Familiarity with digital content integration, hybrid event formats, and experiential tech.
