Role Overview: The Telugu Teacher will be responsible for teaching the Telugu language, literature, and culture to students across assigned grades. The role involves planning engaging lessons, developing students language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension), and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Learning Deliver well-structured lessons in Telugu language and literature. Focus on developing students’ vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension skills. Encourage effective communication in Telugu through reading, writing, and speaking activities. Curriculum & Planning Design lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and academic goals. Prepare and evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments. Integrate innovative teaching methods (stories, activities, audiovisual aids). Student Development Identify students’ strengths and areas of improvement. Provide remedial support where necessary. Foster an appreciation for Telugu culture, traditions, and values. Classroom Management Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment. Encourage student participation and interactive learning. Collaboration & Reporting Coordinate with other subject teachers and academic coordinators. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance. Skills & Competencies: Strong command over spoken and written Telugu. Knowledge of Telugu grammar, literature, and culture. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Telugu Literature/Language or equivalent. B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification (preferred). Role Overview: The Admission Counsellor will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. The role involves guiding them through the admission process, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth conversion of inquiries into admissions, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Counselling & Guidance Interact with prospective parents and students through phone, email, walk-ins, and school visits. Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process. Address queries and concerns promptly with empathy and clarity. Admissions Process Manage end-to-end admission process including inquiry handling, application forms, documentation, and fee collection. Coordinate and schedule campus tours, meetings with faculty, and entrance assessments (if applicable). Follow up with prospective parents to ensure maximum conversions. Database Management Maintain inquiry and admission records in the school ERP/CRM system. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions status and targets. Marketing & Outreach Assist in organizing admission events, orientations, open houses, and school fairs. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, social media, and promotional activities. Communication Ensure effective communication with parents from first inquiry till post-admission onboarding. Provide guidance regarding fee payment deadlines, uniform/books purchase, and orientation programs. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and relationship-building ability. Fluency in English (knowledge of local language preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
