Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner located in Mumbai. The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of event planning and execution. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, creating event proposals, managing budgets, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with various teams, managing event logistics, and ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including client relations and teamwork
• Creative skills and direction to develop concepts, presentation & designs for client briefs
• Event Planning and Event Management experience
• Proficiency in Budgeting and sales strategy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, briefing and coordinating with in-house teams as well as outsourced teams and vendors for smooth execution
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in events
• should have in-depth knowledge of executing all formats of events and expos, with deep knowledge of tech, new media, multimedia displays and content
