Event Planner

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks during the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, corporate meetings, social events, weddings, and promotional activities.
• Meet with clients to understand event goals, budgets, and requirements.
• Develop event proposals, budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Scout, evaluate, and manage event venues and vendors (caterers, decorators, entertainment, audio-visual teams, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, transportation, accommodation, and permits.
• Oversee event marketing materials where required (invitations, banners, programs, etc.).
• Manage event registrations, guest lists, and on-site operations.
• Troubleshoot issues during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify improvement areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
