we are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused higher client coordinator to manage multiple event from concept to execution.
A passion for creating memorable events and providing exceptional client service.
Contact clients and managing their event needs from initial to post-event follow-up ,ensuring smooth and successful event .
Assist proposal writing contact negotiation, and invoicing
Generating new business and prospecting for potential client .
Excellent communication ,Tele-sales ,time management and team work
develop and maintain strong relation with client ,vendors and internal stakeholders
coordinate venue selection ,catering ,audiovisual equipment ,and other event services
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
