Job Description

Provide accurate guidance to clients for immigration pathways.
Assess client profiles and determine eligibility for various visa programs.
Explain the complete application process, required documents, timelines, and fees.
Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads and convert them into successful registrations.
Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth application flow.
Maintain CRM updates, client records, and daily reports accurately.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, program updates, and policy changes.

Graduate in any stream
Good communication and client-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Fast learner with a positive attitude
Freshers or experienced can apply
Female candidates preferred
Should be able to handle calls, inquiries & follow-ups

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
