Client Coordinator

As a Client Coordinator and Administrator for Japanese clients with our Japanese clients in Gurgaon, your role involves serving as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients and onshore teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Addressing inquiries and providing support to Japanese clients - Facilitating clear communication between clients and internal teams - Assisting clients in navigating services and ensuring the best possible experience - Maintaining and updating client records and preferences for effective personalized services - Gathering client feedback and relaying it to relevant departments for continuous improvement - Organizing and participating in client meetings and presentations to showcase offerings - Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction Qualifications required for this role include: - Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in client coordination or a similar customer-facing role - Understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette will be a plus - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using CRM software and assisting in raising invoices/bills - Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping clients succeed If you have prior experience in international client handling and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to share your resume with us.
