Position:

1st & 3rd Saturday – Working
2nd & 4th Saturday – Off

About the Role

Franchise Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the company and franchise partners.
Handle regular communication, updates, and follow-ups with franchise owners.
Assist in onboarding new franchise partners and ensure they understand operational guidelines.
Track franchise performance and share timely reports with management.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve franchise queries and operational issues.
Maintain documentation, agreements, and franchise-related records.
Support franchise operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
Handle client coordination and provide prompt responses to franchise/client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in coordination, client management, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client coordination and relationship management abilities.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
