We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer to join our design team and bring event concepts to life through stunning mockups and visual presentations. Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality 3D mockups for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and themed functions. Visualize stage setups, entrance gates, lounges, and decor elements based on client briefs. Collaborate with the production and creative teams to conceptualize and render event layouts. Prepare and present client-ready visuals and walkthroughs. Work under tight deadlines to deliver visuals that align with brand aesthetics and event themes. Make real-time changes based on team or client feedback. Required Skills: Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender , or similar 3D modeling tools. Rendering skills with V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape . Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator , and other Adobe tools for post-editing. Understanding of event layout, lighting, decor elements, and theme-based aesthetics. Ability to transform rough concepts into detailed 3D representations. Strong time management, creativity, and communication skills. Location: Pune, Baner Experience: 1–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, and social event segments Conduct client meetings to understand event requirements and present tailored solutions Visit event venues (recce) and assess site feasibility based on client expectations and production needs Prepare detailed and professional quotations, cost estimates, and concept presentations Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, operations) to ensure deliverables match client briefs Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business Understand key event elements such as stage, AV setup, lighting, branding, décor, and guest flow Research market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to position the company competitively Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive follow-up and lead conversions Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and proposals using CRM or reporting formats Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows for business development Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams before, during, and after events Key Skills Required: Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and client-handling capabilities Knowledge of event production and on-ground execution basics Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and follow-through Willingness to travel for client meetings and venue visits Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the event industry) 📩 To Apply: Send your updated CV to anjaliprajapati@ourvision.org.in 🌐 Visit us: www.ourvision.org.in
