R & D in Event Management

You will be joining MAYKA BLESSING EVENT PVT LTD as an R&D Executive in the Event Management team. Your role will focus on leading and supporting research initiatives to enhance event formats, processes, and technologies. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, evaluating emerging event tech, collaborating with event managers, analyzing post-event data, developing case studies, and liaising with vendors and partners. Additionally, you will need to keep abreast of sustainability trends for eco-friendly event execution. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends in event formats, technologies, and audience engagement strategies. - Research and evaluate emerging event tech (e.g. AR/VR, AI tools, virtual platforms) for possible implementation. - Collaborate with event managers to pilot new tools, formats, or workflows. - Analyze post-event data to inform future improvements and innovation opportunities. - Develop case studies, innovation proposals, and best practice documentation. - Liaise with vendors, tech partners, and creative agencies for experimental event setups. - Keep abreast of sustainability trends and how to implement eco-friendly practices in event execution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field. - 1+ years of experience in event management or research-focused roles in a similar domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Demonstrated interest in event technology, audience psychology, or operations research. - Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and proposals. - Creative thinker with a proactive mindset.
