Job Description:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, and social event segments
• Conduct client meetings to understand event requirements and present tailored solutions
• Visit event venues (recce) and assess site feasibility based on client expectations and production needs
• Prepare detailed and professional quotations, cost estimates, and concept presentations
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, operations) to ensure deliverables match client briefs
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
• Understand key event elements such as stage, AV setup, lighting, branding, décor, and guest flow
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to position the company competitively
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive follow-up and lead conversions
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and proposals using CRM or reporting formats
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows for business development
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams before, during, and after events

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and client-handling capabilities
• Knowledge of event production and on-ground execution basics
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and follow-through
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and venue visits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the event industry)
