Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing events, ensuring excellent customer service, and facilitating communication with clients and vendors. Daily tasks include coordinating event logistics, negotiating contracts, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring client satisfaction post-event.

Job Role:

• Conduct

  venue recce

  and provide suitable recommendations.
• Attend

  client meetings

  to understand requirements and share creative concepts.
• Develop

  quotations & element sheets

  as per client needs.
• Coordinate with

  vendors and internal teams

  to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist in creating

  new concepts & event strategies

  .
• Manage

  end-to-end event coordination

  with attention to detail.
• Maintain

  strong client communication

  and ensure satisfaction.
