What You Bring Masters or bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent knowledge A strategic leader with a proven track record in management, demonstrating a keen interest in leadership and people development. 15+ years of experience in developing and deploying Automation Solutions. Proven experience in bid management within Automation/Electrification/ power systems /Digital solutions. Domain Know How in certain industrial applications (Renewable energy/ Pharma/Data center/Pulp and Paper/Water/Metal/Offshore/Maritime). Strong understanding of electrification concepts, grid infrastructure, renewable energy, and electrical systems. Validated communication and presentation skills (English) Experienced in working in international projects execution and proposals teams

Collect feedback and research innovative ways to enhance patient experiences. Pre-requisites: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
